Shipping and returns
How and when your order arrives, and what to do if you change your mind.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1-2 working days. Delivery in Italy normally takes 2-4 working days, elsewhere in the European Union 4-8 working days.
Costs
Standard shipping €5.90. Free on orders of €49 or more.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of withdrawal, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Return postage is at the buyer's expense unless the product is faulty.
Sealed products
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics supplied sealed cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(e)).
